Fruit Smoothie (banana, apple, strawberries and orange juice)
Mid Morning and Afternoon Breaks;Choose one of the following;1. 1 x piece of Fruit2. 1 x low calorie Yoghurt3. 1 x fruit or low calorie cereal bar.
Dinner or Tea;Choose from one of the following;Carbohydrates;1. Boiled White or Brown Rice (washed when cooked)2. Baked Potato.3. Boiled Potatoes 4. Pasta or Spaghetti (washed when cooked)5. Drinks;Tea or Coffee (with skimmed milk and sweetener) or black, Mineral Water (natural or flavoured), Diet Soft Drinks, Low Calorie Cordials, Dry White Wine. Puddings;A Piece of Fruit, Fruit Salads or Low Calorie Yoghurts.
Example Meals;1. Boiled Rice, Salmon Steak and Vegetables.2. Fillet or Rump Steak, Baked Potato and Salad3. Pasta, Chicken or Turkey Breast Chopped mixed with a Low Calorie Pasta Sauce. 4. Sunday Dinner; Silverside Beef, Boiled Potatoes, Vegetables and a Smear of Gravy.5. Turkey Bolognaise. Crushed Tinned Tomatoes, Small amount of Puree, Turkey Mince, Garlic and Herbs, Mushrooms, Onions with Spaghetti Pasta. Prepare like a normal Bolognaise. Cook like a normal Bolognaise. 6. Baked Potato, Chicken Breast and Salad. 7. Turkey Lasagne; Crushed Tinned Tomatoes, Small amount of Puree, Turkey Mince, Garlic and Herbs, Mushrooms, Onions and Pasta Sheets. Prepare just like a normal Lasagne. Cook like a normal Lasagne. 8. Pizza; Pizza Base, Crushed Tinned Tomatoes with small amount of Puree, Low Calorie Cheese, Tomato, Chicken or Tuna, Pepper, Onion, Sweetcorn, Pineapple and Mushrooms. Cook like a normal Pizza9. Omelette; 1 x full egg, 2 x Egg Whites, Skimmed Milk, Tomato, Onion, Tuna or Chicken and Sweetcorn. Prepare just like a normal Omelette.10. Burgers; Turkey Mince, Sweet Potato, Onions, Herbs and Garlic. Just heat the Sweet Potato in Microwave for 2 minutes. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl then Squeeze into burgers and Place into a frying pan with a little olive Oil until cooked.11. Fish and Chips; Cod with a sprinkle of Garlic then shallow fry in Olive Oil, cut up potato wedges coat in Olive Oil and baked in the oven and serve with peas. Use Apple Cider Vinegar for some taste.12. Prawn Pita or Wrap. Prawns in Low Calorie Mayonnaise, Pineapple, Salad, Sprinkle Apple Cider Vinegar Spread Pita Bread or Tortilla Wrap with Low Calorie Mayonnaise. Roll all ingredients in to a Wrap or insert all ingredients into a Pita Bread. These are good to take to Work for Lunch.13. Chicken Kebab; Place Chicken, Pepper, Onions, Mushrooms and Pineapple on a Skewer and Cook under a Grill. Serve with Rice or Baked Potato and Salad with Apple Cider Vinegar on the Salad.

Shaun Dinosaur Davis Kidney Transplant


As many of you may be aware Former Mr Universe Shaun Dinosaur Davis's career was cut short due to serious illness, this illness resulted in Shaun's condition deteriorating to the point of needing kidney dialysis 3 times per week. On Sunday 4th of January 2009 Shaun got the phone call he was dreading and praying for in equal amounts, unfortunately another person had lost there life, but they were on the organ donors list, (which I think we should all be on). After a myriad of tests and the subsequent results being put into the UK national organ transplant data base Shaun's name came up as an exact match. Shaun was called by the local hospital at 10am and by 9pm he underwent major surgery to replace his kidney. It is with great delight having spoken to Shaun last night that we can announce that the operation seems to have very successful, Shaun is still very weak but in amazingly high spirits. He will take quite some time to recover from this operation but has been advised that he will make a full recovery in due time. Our deepest sympathy and condolences go out to the other family and thank them for there gift of life to Shaun. New years Tips for Fitness

Its the new year and we are all going to get fit and stick to it NOT, well here at http://www.protein4u.co.uk/ we are going to help by giving you some very simple advice to help you stick to your plan.



Plan is the key to this, write down what you want to achieve and your realistic timescale, i.e. lose 8lbs in 6 weeks, gain 6lbs of muscle in 3 months, fit into my bikini by the summer holiday, what ever it is write it down.



Then write down how much time you realistically can commit to exercise, realistic being the key word, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days etc.

Food is an essential part of any fitness/diet routine therefore you need to be eating at least 6 meals per day, sounds insane but eat more often not more food, i.e. spread your lunch sandwiches out 1 at 11am, 1 at 12.30pm, 1 @ 3pm this way your body is constantly digesting food using energy and never hungry.

replace all white foods with brown, i.e. bread, rice, pasta, all whole grains these are less refined and will stay in your system less.
